Dr. Adam Prakash Bin Gunaselan

Dr. Adam Prakash Bin Gunaselan (Dr. Adam) is a Malaysian Medical Officer serving with the Health Department of Perak State. Dr. Adam was born on the 18th of January 1977 and has over a decade of experience in both clinical and public health.

Dr. Adam graduated with a medical degree from Melaka Manipal Medical College in 2005. His early medical training included completing his housemanship at Ipoh General Hospital, followed by Medical Officer postings at Hospital Batu Gajah, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Ipoh General Hospital and most recently the Health Department of Perak State.

Dr. Adam plays a key leadership role as the Manager of the TB and Leprosy Programme for Perak State. He is also trained in Occupational Health and holds a Fellowship in Addiction Medicine, reflecting his strong commitment to public health, disease control and community well-being.
