Ms. Chang Xiao Chin

Ms. Chang Xiao Chin (known as Xiao Chin) was born in Ipoh, Perak and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC). She completed her degree in 2017 and prior to joining the Malaysian Leprosy Relief Association (MaLRA) in 2024, she gained experience in diverse roles across multiple industries and has also previously supported MaLRA in a voluntary capacity since 2022.

Xiao Chin is presently the Administrative Executive of MaLRA where she works closely with the Executive Committee of MaLRA in overseeing the overall operations of the Association ranging from managing finance related matters,day-to-day operational matters, acting as the liaison between MaLRA and its key stakeholders (including accountants, auditors, company secretary and partners including the Ministry of Health, Malaysia), compliance matters as well as organising activities for the benefit of the patients and their families.
